Virginia Jackson with sons, Steve and Poncho Dudley,
and daughter, Marylyn are geared up to give you their
very best at "Virginia's Steakhouse". |
VALLECITO - San Juan friends
of Virginia Jackson, former office manager in Dr. Joseph
Sharp's office, have received announcement that she has recently
purchased Semke's Circle S Steakhouse, Cocktail Lounge,
and Lodge at Vallecito Lake. She and her
family moved there April 1st to get ready for
their grand opening May 20th. The Bar opened
Monday.
Virginia says that Steve, her No. 2 son,
now at the Cattleman's in Las Vegas, Nevada will be the
chef; daughter Marilyn, short of stature (5') but tall
on good looks and personality, will be serving ... in
the dining room. Pancho (youngest son) will be taking
care of the trout pond and the heated pool. "And
me," writes Virginia, "I'll be cooking,
bartending, and doing everything possable to make your
visit with us a memorable one. |
Virginia's No. 1 son, Ronald
Dudley, was killed in a highway accident here last October
30th. He had been in on the plans for the
family enterprise and was eagerly looking forward to
becoming a part of the operation. There was some
misgiving whether to proceed with them following the
tragedy, but the the family decided to go ahead, knowing
that it would be Ronnie's wish.
The facility has been renamed -
what else - Virginia's.
And friends say Virginia and her family have "done
wonders" with the place. |
